A veteran-owned demolition company built on discipline, straight pricing, and getting the job done right the first time.
Our Story
Breach and Clear Demolition was founded by Ryan Schnitzmeier, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who brought the same discipline and accountability he learned in service to the demolition industry in Billings, MT.
The company launched on July 4th, 2026 — America's 250th birthday — a date that means something. It wasn't a coincidence. Ryan built this company to reflect the values he served under: show up, do the work, don't cut corners, and leave the site better than you found it.
Before launching B&C, Ryan spent three years building HMW — developing the systems, the equipment, and the local reputation that Breach and Clear runs on today. That foundation is what allows B&C to operate at a higher standard from day one.
He saw firsthand how homeowners and property owners were getting burned by contractors who showed up late, charged surprise fees, and left debris behind. He started Breach and Clear to do it differently — flat-rate pricing, total haul-away, and straight communication from the first call.

Family & Community
Ryan is a Billings local through and through. He and his family are part of this community — which means every job he takes is personal. When he shows up to your property, he treats it the way he'd want someone to treat his.
That's not a marketing line. It's the reason Breach and Clear holds itself to a higher standard on every job. You know who you called, and you know they're accountable.
Billings is growing fast. Older homes are being torn down, properties are being cleared, and people need a demolition contractor they can actually trust. That's the gap Breach and Clear was built to fill.
How We Operate
Every job runs by the same rules. No exceptions.
You get one price before we start. No hourly billing, no surprise fees, no add-ons after the fact. What we quote is what you pay.
We bring our own trailer to every job. Every piece of debris leaves with us. You don't need to rent a dumpster or make a single trip to the dump.
Ryan spent three years building HMW before launching B&C — developing the systems, equipment, and local reputation that every Breach and Clear job runs on.
Fully licensed and insured in the state of Montana. Your property is protected throughout the entire job — no exceptions.
Call or submit a bid request and we respond fast. Most quotes are turned around the same day. No waiting a week to hear back.
Marine Corps standards apply on every job site. Show up on time, do the work right, leave the site clean. That's the minimum.
